The weekend of the 15th and 16th of November our group of the bronze program did the adventurous journey. We started on the morning of the 15th in which was a sunny day with no clouds. A lot of us were anxious to start this adventure upon us. When we arrived at Estrecho el Manzano our groups separated and started hiking each group on their own. We soon came back together since we were all following the same route (except some that got lost). We had to cross the river various times in which we got wet and we had to sacrifice a few things. Thanks to the heat we dried up very quickly each time. In the final crossing (the hardest one yet) we all worked as a team to get across it, some of us even got completely wet to help pass the others backpacks.

When we arrived at the campsite we started organising ourselves and set up our tents. We learned from our practice journey to eat early so we had sunlight. The night came and we played some games. In the morning we ate, cleaned up, got everything ready and set off.

This trip was really useful since we learned how important it is to stick as a team. We hope to have the same fun for our next journey.
