On Tuesday , 6th May, the Monitors met with our Headmaster for a special encounter.

Mr Eatough asked the children why they thought they had been appointed as Monitors. They shared thoughtful reasons, including their hard work, helping 3° Básico pupils feel welcome, supporting others when they need help, and promoting Fair Play.

They enjoyed a lovely breakfast together with muffins and juice, and the children felt really happy and proud of their achievement.

Mr Eatough also asked them what they believe the role of a Monitor is. They responded:

• To be role models for the Upper Prep.
  
• To maintain a positive mindset when things don’t go as planned.
  
• To demonstrate leadership skills.
