Pupils worked on different activities during the PSHE lessons this week with a different focus every day:
Monday – Gratitude
Tuesday – Sleep habits
Wednesday – Play and leisure time
Thursday – Importance of relationships
Friday – Eating habits
All of these topics related to each individual’s wellbeing and discussions were held about the importance of each and how we can work to live well everyday with small and big acts.
In the pictures you can see 5º Básicos enjoying some game time as a class, 6º Básicos writing character strengths of their friends to keep their tags on the rest of the day, 4º and 3º Básico working on their circles of control.

Fun Breaks – Heads of Colour
The Monitors orchestrated a highly successful Wellbeing Week for the Upper Prep pupils. Activities such as hopscotch (luche), chalk drawing, and an exciting minefield game provided entertainment and allowed pupils to earn valuable house points for their Colours.
The Monitors truly exemplified the Spirit of Service through their diligent preparation of these activities and various other engagements in our weekly Fun Break, including learning diverse choreographies to entertain both pupils and teachers.
Fun Breaks – GFT
GFT is an initiative that runs throughout the year, focused on promoting the wellbeing of pupils and the entire School Community. It empowers 6º Básico pupils to lead games and activities for 3º and 4º Básico, encouraging new play spaces, meaningful connections between pupils of different ages, collaboration, effort, and kindness. It offers children more opportunities to engage, have fun, and make new friends in a safe and supportive environment. It is something we work on every week, all year long because supporting wellbeing isn’t just about one special week.
