We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the 2023 Prefect Induction, on a 3-day experience at Fuerte Aguayo, located in Concón, and Escuela Naval in Valparaíso.

Our pupils were exposed to activities and talks related to leadership and teamwork, combined with the values we instil as Grangonians: respect, honesty, empathy, among others.

Fuerte Aguayo is a marine infantry base, where prefects were required to do cooperative work in order to successfully accomplish certain goals. At the Navy Academy, pupils were introduced to the solemnity, respect, hard work, camaraderie, and leadership.

The outcome of this 3-day experience is the understanding of where each pupil stands among his or her peers; to embrace their responsibility as a role model, by leading a life of good manners and humbleness, seeking always to contribute positively to society.
