Through hands-on experiences, they discovered how materials, creativity and problem-solving help us understand the world around us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prekinder<\/strong>: We are discovering textures through creativity and technology! In Technology, students are learning that every material, such as wood, glass, metal and plastic, comes from natural sources. Then, they drew a design for a house for one of Three Little Pigs, thinking what material could endure the blows of the Big Bad Wolf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2\u00b0 B\u00e1sico<\/strong>: Pupils learned how boats are a technology that allows people to travel to far away lands. In groups, they created their own small boats using classroom materials, like ice cream sticks, straws, cardboard and tape.
