They shared thoughtful reasons, including their hard work, helping 3\u00b0 B\u00e1sico pupils feel welcome, supporting others when they need help, and promoting Fair Play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They enjoyed a lovely breakfast together with muffins and juice, and the children felt really happy and proud of their achievement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Eatough also asked them what they believe the role of a Monitor is. They responded:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To be role models for the Upper Prep.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To maintain a positive mindset when things don\u2019t go as planned.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To demonstrate leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well Done!
