From arts to music, drama, academic, service and sports, our diverse offerings encompass a range of after-school activities, outdoor educational visits and international tours, which are designed to foster holistic development.
We will emphasise and encourage participation in outdoor education, experiential learning, sustainability initiatives and, importantly, service opportunities. Developing and expanding the choice of both domestic and international educational trips will be a priority. By engaging in these varied pursuits in new environments, pupils not only cultivate their talents and interests but also develop essential life skills, global perspectives, and a profound sense of responsibility towards themselves and the world around them.
At The Grange we value the Arts as an essential part of our pupils’ lifelong education being a key part of our school’s four pillars. Pupils are strongly encouraged to get involved in artistic projects, aiming for academic excellence, creativity, sensibility, and engagement with our society.
The Arts (consisting of music, drama, and art) call on us to open to poetic proposals. More than static stories, they invite us to gaze upon our often-unnoticed everyday life, to see it, to feel it and to imagine. To stop and feel time: the process required by a work of art. To signify the observation of our surroundings in order to create fragments that allow us to glimpse unique stories.
The GRAF (The Grange Arts Festival) inspires our community with its interdisciplinary links and co-creations alongside renowned artists to create high quality artwork in the pursuit of exploring artistic processes together, while also making the works of local artists and contemporary practices more visible in Chile.

Service is a fundamental part of life in society. Apart from the usefulness of any profession, it is altruistic service, without expecting anything in return, that makes for a prosperous society. The Spirit of Service is understood as the formation of pupils who are aware of and committed to the local, national and international community, developing in them a sense of solidarity with an emphasis on empathy and a willingness to contribute unselfishly to the common good, collaborate with the needs of others, and care for the natural environment.
The School promotes the Spirit of Service in a variety of ways. Pupils are taught from an early age to be integral members of the community, giving their best, always giving 100%, strengthening a positive attitude towards others and building trust. At The Grange School we promote sport as a way of life, which teaches teamwork, self-improvement, Fair Play, perseverance, effort, humility, dedication, and much more.
For this reason, we offer Co-curricular activities in athletics, swimming, volleyball, hockey, football and rugby, disciplines with a long history at the School. But as the interests of our pupils are diverse, we also have other activities such as dance, karate, and yoga.
Participating in the School’s Co-curricular Programme in the Sports area also opens the door to great experiences such as international tours, where pupils have the opportunity to travel and compete alongside their peers against pupils from different countries as well as learning about other cultures.
