Paula Birolini llegó como profesora a The Grange School en marzo de 2009. A lo largo de los años ha tenido responsabilidades con alumnos desde Prekinder hasta 6º Básico, siendo hasta el día de hoy Head of Pupil Support and Reading Programme en Upper Prep, y desde el segundo semestre de 2024 Assistant Head Academic Upper Prep.
Mother of two, Paula comes from a close knit Italo-Brazilian family and taught for eight years at St. Paul’s School, São Paulo, before opening her own practice as Reading Recovery Specialist (SEN Early Years). She is fluent in all four languages, holds a Degree in Psychology and qualified as a Teacher at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Brasil; earning in 2019 an MD in Education at the University of Bath. While striving for excellence and top grades, she is driven by the notion that no pupil should ever be left behind.
