At The Grange, we believe in fostering strong values that guide our pupils’ growth, both academically and personally. To reinforce our core values in a meaningful and age-appropriate way, we are launching a Monthly Values initiative. 

Our Chilean curriculum already integrates values across all subjects, and this initiative brings consistency by ensuring that all pupils, across different classes and activities, are focusing on the same value at the same time. This shared focus will strengthen our pupils understanding and application of key life values.

Each month, all Staff members will actively reinforce the chosen value, not just in lessons but also during breaks, extracurricular activities, and everyday interactions. Every moment is an opportunity to model and support these values, helping our students internalise them in a practical and natural way. Families are invited to reinforce these values at home.
