On September 25th, The Grange School had the privilege of welcoming Professor Rafael Salazar from IE University for a dynamic and inspiring masterclass on Creativity.

Held in the Chapel, the session brought together our 2°EM A-Level Economics pupils who were challenged to think beyond the traditional boundaries of their subject. 

Through engaging examples, thought-provoking discussions, and interactive activities, Professor Salazar highlighted how creativity can be cultivated and applied not only in economics, but in every aspect of life.

Pupils explored global initiatives, both those that have succeeded and those that have failed, drawing valuable lessons from each case. The atmosphere was lively, with students leaving the session motivated to see creativity not just as a skill, but as a mindset essential for innovation and problem-solving in today’s world.
