Our 6° Básico pupils recently fused mathematics and creativity in the Abstract Angles Project, an engaging activity designed to solidify their understanding of foundational geometry. Pupils first created complex, abstract designs by drawing intersecting lines, which naturally produced numerous angles. The core of the project involved precise work: using a protractor to carefully measure every angle and then classifying it as acute, right or obtuse. By colouring each classification with a different hue, the pupils transformed abstract concepts into a vibrant visual artwork, demonstrating practical mastery of measurement and angle classification as you can see in the pictures.
