For 1° and 2° Básicos’ Assembly, our Heads of Colour introduced themselves and warmly welcomed everyone to the new school year. They spoke about what it means to be an All-Rounder at our School, highlighting the importance of striving not only in academics and sport, but also in values, teamwork and participation in the wider life of the School.

For Prekinder and Kinder Assembly, we welcomed Kinder into the chapel while giving Prekinder pupils time to adapt calmly in their classrooms during these first days of School. In the chapel, we shared a story about the importance of listening and spoke about how listening helps us learn, understand others and show kindness. We also reminded the children of one of our Golden Rules, “We listen, we don’t interrupt”, encouraging them to practise this during class time, play and when speaking with their friends and teachers.
